“ The best surprise in Krabi? A shawarma from Sultan. We were just back from Railay Beach—sun-kissed, salty, and starving. You know that post-beach kind of hunger where you could eat a table? That. So we were just wandering around, looking for anything good, when we spotted this tiny place called Sultan. No overthinking. We just walked in and ordered a chicken shawarma. And honestly? Game over. Soft, warm pita, packed with perfectly spiced chicken, crunchy veggies, and a creamy sauce that pulled everything together like it was made just for us. Every bite was juicy, balanced, and kind of addictive. The kind of shawarma that makes you pause mid-bite and go, “Damn, this is good.” No frills. No drama. Just genuinely delicious food when we needed it most. If you’re ever in Krabi, don’t sleep on Sultan. One of the best shawarmas we’ve had. Period. ”
“ Came to this restaurant with a recommendation from a relative who had previously visited this restaurant. The food is authentic tasting and very tasty. A bit on the pricey side but it's well worth the price. Ordered the shawarma platter and Sheesh taok, and absolutely nothing to complain about. Also the host upfront was very friendly and nice to talk to. He told me his name is Zayed, had a nice chat with him as I've lived in Dubai and knew the cuisine well. ”
“ Excellent restaurant! Everything was delicious! I had a half chicken and it was perfect, a huge portion that you could barely finish. The tabbouleh salad was also finely chopped and seasoned excellently. Very good service and good prices. ”
“ Reached at the neck of time for the fire show and was hungry. This is the closet i could find near the beach and ordered two chicken shawarmas. As I requested, they prepared it in a hurry, and the taste was decent. The quantity was good for the price and it was a good deal. However though I asked for a take-out, was still chearged extra VAT. ”
“ I was kindly welcomed in, it was easy to find seating and it was nicely cooled inside. There’s a nice street view from the second floor. The restaurant is clean and the staff were great. I ordered the Greek salad and lentil soup. Both were delicious! The Greek salad didn’t have the traditional Greek dressing taste but I didn’t mind, I enjoyed the olive oil/lime flavor of the salad. I was scooping the juice onto eat bite. I ordered a mix meat (chicken and beef) shawarma sandwich to go. Unfortunately, this was the least enjoyable. Even with the dressing that coated the sandwich, the meats were very dry. I have definitely had better shawarma sandwiches. Still, I will be back to try more items. ”
